Reporting

Online Account Access / “Employer Portal”
Upon the direction of the Client Company, AdminUSA will designate one or more administrators from the Client Company to access an “Employer Portal” via the account website. This site will allow the administrator to view employer/participant accounts and run specific reports as necessary. Information such as employee account balances, employer funding notifications, payroll deduction reports, participation information, etc. will be available via the “Employer Portal.”

Monthly
During the first week of each calendar month, AdminUSA generates and forwards via email several reports to each Client Company. These reports assist the administrators of each Client Company in reconciling bank statements and in monitoring employee balances and activity.

Reports currently generated on a monthly basis are:

  • Enrollee Account Balance Report
  • Bank Transaction Reconciliation
  • Check Processing Activity
  • Payroll Deduction Report (generated prior to each pay period)

Year-End
Participants have a certain period of time, known as the “run out” period, following the end of each Plan Year in which to submit claims for eligible expenses that were incurred during the Plan Year. Once this period has passed, AdminUSA will e-mail a final Enrollee Account Balance report showing any forfeitures in the FSA Account(s). Forfeitures revert to the Client Company and are generally used by the Client Company to offset plan expenses.
