Billing

Flexible Spending Account clients are billed for the number of participants enrolled in the program for the upcoming month. (i.e. Client Company will be billed the first week of the January for the participant count in the plan for January.)

Participants remain in the active status for billing purposes for a period of time following their termination date due to the fact that claims may still be submitted during that timeframe.
