Participant Statements

All newly enrolled participants will be issued a website User ID and Password (via email, if provided) and will have full access to their personal FSA Accounts.

Processes and Information available via the site include:

• Claim Filing
• Account Balances
• Account Profile
• Payment History
• Debit Cards Issues
• Plan Documents
• Forms

Since the mbi debit card system is internet-based, a participant may access their account information at any time and may print a statement whenever they need one. For those participants providing email addresses, AdminUSA will forward Statements of Account quarterly.
